The Mosquito Magnet Won'T Work

Backyard oasis or mosquito haven?

With the help of the Mosquito Magnet, your backyard can be enjoyed even during peak mosquito-breeding times. For best results, just follow some simple tips. Does this Spark an idea?

Find the Mosquitoes

Beautiful fountain or mosquito nest?

The most crucial part about ensuring optimal results when using your Mosquito Magnet device is proper placement. First you should identify where the mosquitoes in your yard are breeding. This might be some bushes or any sources of water, such as a pond or fountain.

Placement of the Mosquito Magnet

Now that you have identified the mosquito breeding ground, place your Mosquito Magnet upwind from the breeding ground in a shaded, open area with low-cut grass. Also, make sure your unit is placed at least 30 to 40 feet from where people congregate.

Troubleshooting

If you have followed the first two steps and you are still experiencing problems with your unit, please verify that you allowed the trap to dry out completely before you started using the device. Also, check the outlet that your power adapter is connected to and ensure that there is enough propane in your tank. If problems persist, contact the manufacturer by sending an email to this address: mmcustomerservice@woodstream.com.
