Remove Soap Scum From Shower Doors And Walls With Common Household Products

Stubborn soap scum and hard water stains can be difficult to remove from shower doors, walls and faucets. There are common household products to make the task easier and have showers clean in no time. Does this Spark an idea?


Instructions


1. Use a fabric softener/dryer sheet to remove soap scum from shower doors. Simply scrub with the dryer sheet to get rid of the deposits.


2. Oven cleaner works well to remove hard water stains and soap scum from shower walls and doors. Spray the cleaner and leave it for ten minutes. Wipe clean with a cloth and hot water.


3. Mix 3/4 Cup of salt with vinegar to equal one cup. Use a sponge to apply scrub to shower walls and door to remove hard water deposits. Rinse with warm water.


4. Spray furniture polish to shower door to remove soap scum and prevent future build up of deposits.


5. Add white vinegar to a spray bottle. Spray vinegar on shower doors and walls. Wipe clean.


6. Lemon juice, mouthwash, baby oil and liquid fabric softener are all additional suggestions to remove stubborn soap scum from showers.
